Each Farm Swap will have a unique theme that we encourage vendors to join. However, participation is optional. We are introducing themes to keep each event fresh and appealing to customers. Vendors can decorate their booths or showcase themed merchandise. Below is a list of upcoming dates and themes. Deep Creek Game Farm will hold giveaways and sell products related to these themes during our swaps. Check out our Facebook page for more information as the Farm Swap gets closer.

Our swaps focus on bringing families, homesteads, and small businesses together. We are excited to be here with you and want you to succeed. We do have a few guidelines we wish for you to follow on Swap Saturdays, please check them out below and take them into consideration when setting up.

• When arriving at the swap you will need to check in at our storefront and find out where you will be setting up.

• We ask that all vendors be set up no later than 8am. You may start setting up as early as 5:30am however we don’t have much lighting outside so we suggest waiting until sunrise. Please plan to unload, park your vehicle and then set up as to avoid congestion.

• Please be prepared to pay at check in.  Cash and card accepted.

• We strongly encourage all vendors to reach out to their friends, family, and online followers. Facebook and word of mouth seem to be the best advertisement for us all. We work hard to draw attention to our swaps, but we need you to work your magic on your end as well. Build anticipation with posts on new products and tag posts to our page.

• We do not allow dogs without health certificates to be sold. If you intend to sell dogs please bring paperwork into store for approval prior to setting up. We also do not allow yard sale or flea market type of items, nor any offensive or illegal items. 

• We only have 13 vendor spots that offer electricity from our store and are on asphalt millings and 8 spots that are on the asphalt milling without electricity. If you require one of these spots please make sure to register in advance. The spots will go to those who register first. Please bring your own extension cord if you require power. The vendor fee as of December 1st, 2025 will be $15. 

• Majority of our vendor spots are measured out for 10 foot canopies, we do have a few 12 foot canopy spots available but those spots will be need to be special requested when registering. Please make a note so we can place you appropriately.  

• No vendors that intend to smoke will be allowed to set up near the doorways. Please take your cigarette butts with you when you leave.

• All vendors must carry trash out with them. Do not bring trash bags into the store for us to dispose of.

•  All children and animals must be supervised by an adult while on Deep Creek Game Farm property. 

• Lastly, please remember to provide cash/change for your transactions as well as boxes if you’re selling animals.
